Here comes once-in-a-quarter birthday party again. In order to enhance the internal cohesion and intimacy of employees, our company strengthens the construction of “home”, allows employees to fully display themselves, realizes the interaction between leaders and employees, enriches employees’ spare life time, gives employees a face-to-face communication opportunity, and enhances colleagues’ unity. Our colleague of Human Resources Department held a birthday party for company employees on September 27, 2022. Those birthday stars who participated in the birthday party are Li Yunqi, Hu Lirong, Tang Wenge, Zeng Dunru, Li Yingting, Wu Meiti, Wu Guixian, Zeng Yiming, Hu Guiling, Lu Xiangcou, Zhang Cailian, Li Wanqing 12 in total. All birthday stars participating in the birthday party can get 100 yuan in cash, and birthday cakes and various snacks carefully prepared by the company.

         First of all, our boss, Mr. Li delivered a speech: a cake symbolizes a united group, a heart is beating one after another with shining candles, the heart is wonderful because of the group, and the group is proud of the heart. Then we sing the birthday song together to bless the birthday stars, and we will also play games, lottery activities, and eat birthday cakes and snacks together. Finally, all birthday stars take a group photo together, and then we can post and share. 

         All in all , for the company, celebrating birthdays for employees is undoubtedly a desire to enhance the cohesion of the company and reflect the care of our company’s leaders for the employees. In a sense, this kind of “humanized management” can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.
