On February 28^th 2022, a significant meeting of “summing up the past, looking forward to the future”was held in Guangdong PengWei Fine Chemical Co. , Limited.

In the morning, the head of each department leads their staffs to begin the meeting. The staff were well-dressed and lined up which prepared well to listen to the department manager’s presentation. This meeting mainly concluded the main working achievements and shortage since 2022 and will arrange the schedule of work in the following time.

As a high quality fine chemical company, the safety should be paid more attention in the process of production. The direct of warehouse department, Li ,say something about details of safety and production. First of all, we should do a good job on-site supervision, timely grasp the operation of the equipment. Besides, we should adhere to the quarterly equipment inspection work, increase the frequency of equipment inspection from time to time. It is the best solution to check out the problems and hidden dangers of production which prevent major equipment accidents. What’s more, we should fill in the equipment operation records and maintenance records carefully which lay a solid foundation for production. Last but not least, thank for the staff   tireless working and their serious and rigorous attitude deserve praise. Only in this way can our company be full of vitality and vigor. In the case of solidarity of all staff, productivity will be greatly improved.

In conclusion, this meeting was finished in a successful way. As a pursing enterprise, not only we should strengthen the safety awareness and sense of responsibility of all staff, but also improve the operational capability of the management and equipment users.
