In a competitive market, an enterprise needs a motivated team to strive for better corporate performance. As a standard enterprise, we need to take effective measures to encourage employees and improve their enthusiasm and initiative. Motivation is definitely an attractive treatment, which increases their sense of belonging and makes them unwilling to leave their own company or team.
In August, there were two employees in our production workshop awarded for their excellent performance and positive production. Our leader commended them for their behavior and expressed his expectation to the production. All staff are confident of finishing the task of next process. They will maintain their mind and keep a good attitude to improve their productivity. In addition, they clearly knew their work goals and thought highly of finishing the goals. This process will make employees feel that they are shouldering a heavy burden and that they are indispensable members of the company. The sense of responsibility and accomplishment will have a great motivational effect on employees.
Our boss gave 200 yuan respectively to these two workers in front of our production workshop. When they complete a small goal and obtain a small achievement, our boss will give affirmation and recognition in time. People are expected for being respected. With regard to their opinions and friendly warnings, our leaders are willing to accept reasonable suggestions. Almost everyone likes to have a sense of belonging. People always hope to find people who share the same values and thinking, so that they will work hard and share outcomes with each other.
Not only do we give the material encouragement to employees, but we offer them spiritual incentive. Everyone is eager to be recognized and valued, and has the need to realize self-worth. Our leader motivates them to strive for working goals through these two methods. Sometimes our boss invites them to have dinner and sing with them outside. Employees also have their idea and always at their posts. All employees have their own opportunity to have a good performance.
