Due to promote the construction of company culture, improve the integration and communication among colleagues, our company decided to take a two-days-one-night trip in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, China.

There were 58 persons taking part in this trip. The schedule on the first day as follows：All people should set off at 8 o’clock by bus. The first activity is to visit the lesser three gorges by ship where people could play Mahjong, sing and chat on the ship. By the way, you could also enjoy beautiful scenery which the mountains and rivers bring us. Did you see those happy faces?

After having lunch on the ship, we were going to Gu Long Xia to enjoy cataracts and glass bridge.

No matter what time of year, whether it’s the beautiful rainbows glistening in the mist, or the magnificent glass bridge created by the people, Gulong Falls always seems to amaze its viewers.

Some people choosed to take drifting here. It was very exciting and interesting.

After all activities were finished, we gathered together and took some photos to memory our wonderful first-day trip. Then, we took the bus to have dinner and have rest in five-stars hotel. When you were having rest, you could choose to enjoy local chicken. It is also delicious.

The second day trip was about to take team building activities. These activities could enhance our relationship and improve our communication among different apartment.

Firstly, we gathered on the entrance of base and listened to couches’ introduction.Then, we came into an area which there is no sun there. And we were divided randomly. The ladies were divided into two lines and men were divided into one line. Oh, our first warm-up activity was begun.

Every one followed couch’s instructions and do some behaviors to next people. All people laughed when heard couch’s words.

The second activity is about to redivide teams and show team. All people were redivide into four teams and would make competitions.After showing teams, we began our competitions. The couch took some drums with ten strings on each side. Could you guess what is the game? Yes, this is the game we called ‘ The Ball on The Drums’. Team members should make the ball bounce on the drum and the winner will be the team which bounced it the most. This game really texts our cooperation and game’s tactic.

Next, we do the game ’Go Together’. Each team has two wooden boards, every one should step on the boards and go together. It is also very tired and text our cooperation under the hot sun. But it is very funny, isn’t it?

Last activity was drawing circle. This activity was to wish everyone good luck every day and let our boss go on the string.

We totally drew 488 circles together. Finally, the couch, boss and guide made some conclusions about these team building activities.

Through these activities, there are also some benefits as follows: Employees can understand that the power of the team is greater than the power of the individual, and their company is their own team. Only when the team grows stronger, can they have a way out.  In this way, employees can further clarify and identify with the organization’s goals, thus enhancing the cohesion of the organization and facilitating enterprise management and implementation.
