On Jan 18th-19th, 2025, Guangdong Peng Wei Fine Chemical Co., Ltd，successfully held the 2024 staff reunion and 2025 New Year Ceremony. This activity’s not only a review to the past year, but also carries all the people of Pengwei’s beautiful vision of the future and firm belief.

On the first day of the activity, we climbed Guanyin Mountain. In the process of climbing, we supported each other and enjoyed the scenery along the way. Every step of the climb is a challenge to the self, and every view is a testimony to the strength of the team. As Mr. Li Dan, the deputy general manager, said, “We will not fear the difficulties and dangers, and we will go forward”. Climbing Guanyin Mountain not only exercised our body, but also sharpened our will, and made us deeply realize that as long as we work together, any peak can be conquered.

In the afternoon, the wonderful expansion game started hot. Everyone actively participate, each show their strengths, the teamwork spirit at this moment showed to the fullest. During the game, everyone forgot the fatigue of work, immersed in the joyful atmosphere, further narrowed the distance between each other, and enhanced team cohesion.

In the evening, we went to the hot spring resort. The steaming hot spring pool was like a gentle embrace given by the earth. Everyone shed the fatigue of the day and enjoyed the nourishment of the hot springs. In the warm vapor, we talked and shared the interesting things in life and the little feelings in work.

On the second day of the annual meeting, the auditorium was decorated with lights and colors, and everywhere was filled with a festive atmosphere. With the exciting music, General Manager Li Peng delivered a speech and the annual meeting was officially opened. On the stage, the staff transformed into dazzling stars and brought a wonderful performance. The melodious singing and dynamic dance lit up the enthusiasm of the scene, with applause and cheers. Each program was full of the staff’s efforts and creativity, showing the versatility and positive spirit of Pengwei people.

The most exciting part was the lucky draw. Everyone held their breath, expecting luck to come. When one lucky person was born, cheers and applause were intertwined, pushing the atmosphere to a climax. This luck is not only the material reward, but also the company’s recognition and encouragement to the staff’s hard work.

The company honored the outstanding employees of the year 2024 and affirmed their outstanding contributions in their work.
