In recent years, there are many horrible accidents happened in different manufacturer which focuses on producing chemical products in China. Thus, for a manufacturer, safety is the most important thing. To prevent that event from becoming a catastrophe, PENG WEI will join members of the public in rehearsals that involve communication, evacuation, search and rescue, and other scenarios.

 

Before starting rehearsal, Mr. Zhang, an engineer who works in Safety department, held a meeting about explaining plan and expressing all the roles in this practice. Through 30 minutes’ meeting, all members who would join it and were confident in themselves.

 

At 5 o’clock, all members were gathered together and began rehearsal. They were divided into 4 groups such as medical groups, evacuation guiding group, communication groups, fire extinction groups. The leader said that everyone should follow the direction. When the alarm rings, the fire extinction groups ran quickly to the fire places. Meanwhile, the leader made an order that all people should along the evacuation routes and safety of the nearest exit and orderly evacuation.

 

Meanwhile, Manager Wang made an order that other members who were in workshop should be evacuated in calm mind with lowering themselves to the ground, covering mouth or nose with their hand or a wet towel when passing through smoke.

 

Medical groups began to treat members who got wounds. When founding someone fainting on the ground, they required strong person to help.

 

 

While extinction groups are tried their best to solve and clean the scene.

 

The commanding officer and vice-commanding officer reviewed the whole rehearsals. After reviewing, Manager Li organized all members to use fire-fighting apparatus one by one.

 

After one-hour rehearsal, the commanding officer, Manager Li, made a concluded speech. He took highly praise of all member’s cooperation which made a successful practice. Everyone was calm and followed instructions while no one shows mindless. Though all process, we believe that every one will accumulate more experience and increase the awareness of dangers.
