On 28th April 2021, a production line in charge of three people had a daily output of 50,000 snow spray. Our company organized a meeting to make a summary of production and reward some employees on that day.
At the beginning of the meeting, the production manager emphasized the purpose of this product, looked back on production procedure, found out problems that would occur during production. Boosting efficiency up to a point and guaranteeing quality are our important targets. Two heads are better than one. They figured out solutions together and hoped to strive for further improvement.

In addition, our boss came up with the following production plan and future prospect for expecting to create a new record again. The staff kept some attention points in mind and promised to spare no efforts to produce more products.

Finally, the boss commended these three staff for their achievement of production. To encourage the staff to produce more, our boss give an extra award to inspire them and gratefully acknowledge their hard work. Each of them gained a stainless steel vacuum thermos cup, and the rest of employees clapped for them sincerely. After that, they took some photos for commemorating this occasion.

After this awarding meeting, we understand the importance of our staff. It was their hard work that they achieved encouraging and inspiring outcomes of working.
